TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements made through thedopedoctor.nl (the "Website"), operated by Olmo Rooijackers, trading as The Dope Doctor.

By placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Website or purchase any products.

2. PRODUCTS

The Dope Doctor sells digital music files in WAV format (24-bit, lossless audio). All products are described accurately on the Website. Obvious errors or mistakes in product descriptions are not binding.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  1. An agreement is formed when you complete the checkout process and your payment is successfully processed.
  2. Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Available payment methods include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and Bancontact.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

4. DELIVERY

  1. All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, you will receive a download link on the Website and/or via email.
  2. Download links are provided immediately after payment confirmation.
  3. The Dope Doctor is not liable for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.

5. NO REFUNDS

Because all products are digital files delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230p, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file), contact us at info@thedopedoctor.nl and we will resolve it.

6. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All music, audio recordings, artwork, and other content on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Olmo Rooijackers / The Dope Doctor. All rights reserved.

What you CAN do:

  • Play the tracks in your DJ sets (live and streamed)
  • Use the tracks in live performances and mixes
  • Listen for personal enjoyment

What you CANNOT do:

  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the files in any way
  • Use the music in your own productions, remixes, mashups, or derivative works
  • Upload the music to streaming platforms, download portals, or distribution services
  • Claim the music as your own or misrepresent authorship
  • Share the files with third parties, whether for free or for payment

By purchasing a track, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for DJ playback and personal listening only. Ownership and copyright remain with The Dope Doctor at all times.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate revocation of your license. The Dope Doctor reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages.

7. LIABILITY

  1. The Dope Doctor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of purchased digital files.
  2. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
  3. The Dope Doctor is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

8. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@thedopedoctor.nl. We will respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires more time to investigate, we will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide an expected resolution timeline.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
