LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of any WAV audio file ("Track") purchased from thedopedoctor.nl, operated by Olmo Rooijackers, trading as The Dope Doctor ("Licensor").

By purchasing and downloading a Track, you ("Licensee") agree to all terms in this Agreement.

1. OWNERSHIP

All Tracks, including the underlying musical composition, sound recording, and associated artwork, are and shall remain the exclusive property of The Dope Doctor. No ownership or copyright is transferred upon purchase.

You are purchasing a license to use the Track, not the Track itself.

2. GRANTED RIGHTS

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for the following uses only:

Permitted uses

  • DJ performances — play the Track in live DJ sets at clubs, festivals, events, and private parties
  • Streamed DJ sets — play the Track in DJ sets streamed on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, or social media
  • Recorded mixes — include the Track in recorded DJ mixes (podcasts, radio shows, mix series)
  • Personal listening — listen to the Track for personal enjoyment on your own devices

3. RESTRICTIONS

Strictly prohibited

  • No resale or redistribution — you may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, give away, or distribute the Track file in any form
  • No use in productions — you may not sample, remix, rework, or incorporate the Track (or any part of it) into your own music productions, beats, or songs
  • No derivative works — you may not create mashups, bootlegs, edits, or any other derivative work based on the Track
  • No digital distribution — you may not upload the Track to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Beatport, Bandcamp, or any other streaming/download platform as a standalone release
  • No false claims — you may not claim authorship, copyright, or ownership of the Track
  • No file sharing — you may not share the Track file with anyone, whether for free or for payment, via any medium
  • No sync licensing — you may not use the Track in film, TV, advertisements, video games, or other audiovisual media without separate written permission

4. LICENSE SCOPE

  • This license is granted to one individual (the purchaser) and is non-transferable
  • This license is valid worldwide
  • This license is perpetual (does not expire) unless revoked due to violation of these terms
  • Each purchase grants a license for one person only — additional DJs require additional purchases

5. TERMINATION

This license is automatically and immediately revoked if you violate any of the restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination:

  • You must immediately stop all use of the Track
  • You must delete all copies of the Track from your devices
  • No refund will be issued
  • The Dope Doctor reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages for any losses incurred

6. CREDITS

While not required, we appreciate credit when you play our tracks. A simple mention of "The Dope Doctor" in your tracklist, description, or social post goes a long way.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
